The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our community of customers. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, ensuring every Kozi Sleep experience feels supportive, personal, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customer interactions across email, chat, and social media with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, helping them understand our products and get the most out of their Kozi Sleep experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product team to ensure a smooth and delightful customer journey.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance our customer support tools, processes, and resources (like FAQs or knowledge bases).
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and assist in reporting insights to the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn about customer success strategies in a fast-growing brand.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, customer support platforms, or willing to learn).
  • A problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions.
