 OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH standards and ILO Code of Practice.
When we choose who we work with, values come first. We only partner with manufacturers who take responsibility for both people and the planet, and who meet recognised sustainability standards. We choose to invest a little more, because doing things the right way matters to us.

Our products are tested carefully by third parties and comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and REACH standards. This means our products are safe for you and considerate of the environment.

Furthermore, our suppliers work according to the ILO code of practice. The ILO Code of Practice refers to guidelines developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) to promote safe, fair, and humane working conditions worldwide. This sets the global baseline for how workers should be treated.

We promise to do better
Kozi Sleep creates high-quality pillows designed to last, because longevity is the most responsible choice we can make. Starting in 2026, we commit 1% of our net profit to charitable causes that support people and planet. We don’t claim perfection. However, we do promise progress, transparency, and responsibility as we grow.

Sustainability at Kozi Sleep
At Kozi Sleep, we design products for rest and for reflection. We know that consumer goods, including pillows, are not inherently sustainable. Making products uses resources, and that reality deserves honesty.

Rather than over-claim or over-produce, we focus on what truly matters: quality, longevity, and giving back.

Giving back
From 2026 onward, Kozi Sleep will donate 1% of our net profit to charitable organizations.

We support causes that align with our values: improving well-being, protecting the environment, and creating long-term positive impact. As we grow, so does our contribution.

At the end of each year we will always communicate openly about where our support goes.
