My neck is fused from C3 to C7. It's very hard to sleep comfortably. Your pillow was too full of foam the first night and i t was difficult. But after reading all your suggestions on the box, I took handfuls of the filling and took it down to the level that is comfortable for me. I've been sleeping wonderfully. So glad my husband ordered it for me. Love Kozi Pillows.

It's a pillow, you can adjust the filling, which is nice.

I love this pillow! I sink into it while I work on my laptop or watch tv. Very supportive!

Compared to my previous Coop pillow, this one is way better. It keeps cool during the night and actually supports my spine.

So far so good got foam adjusted no more neck pain.
